Dr. Steven Dill, once a staunch evolutionist, began investigating creationism after becoming aware of some scientific facts that seemed incompatible with his own beliefs. Taking the position that truth will stand the test, he began challenging even his own ideas about the origin of the universe. His conclusion was that true scientific facts and true Biblical truths do not contradict, and in this book he presents a new look at an old theory that preserves the integrity of both science and the Bible. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Biology in 1979 and his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 1985 at the University of Missouri-Columbia. He is currently a practicing veterinarian in Jeffersontown, Kentucky where he lives with his wife, Linda, and two dogs, Samwise Gamgee and Rosie Cotton. His two sons, Tom and James, have grown into fine young Christian men who make their parents proud.

In fact, you’ll find the language of this book as slightly informal but not without giving you well-organized information that is mostly borne out of the experience, enthusiasm, and my love for the language. this book is useful when trying to understand the defining characteristics of Ruby. It's a good way to start investigating and handy as a basic reference

This book totally reveals all there is to know about the Ruby or pi grand and script language. And also How to maximize the advantages of the Ruby program. What made ruby so interesting is that it’s simpler than C++ and I am thinking I may be able to learn it even without attending a formal class or training. I am glad we can get almost everything online that I came across this book and this book was perfect.

I think this e-book is very informative and also helpful. I have been searching for something exactly like this book that could offer me all the details and info I required about Ruby programming. I'm happy that I came across it and I genuinely found out a lot of things by reading it. Well done!

This is a good Ruby guide. It goes through all the basic fundamentals, from installing Ruby to using it for the first time with some basic commands. It is well-written, there is not a lot of complicating and unnecessary fluff, just basic information useful for every beginner. Nothing revolutionary about it, but worth the price.

I found this book very hard to follow, and had to do more research into one example that was coded wrong. I cannot recommend.

Unfortunately, if you reproduce some of the code in the book, it simply won't run in Ruby do to a few errors. For example, in his discussion on hashes, he leaves the commas out of the code and it doesn't work. I was able to figure it out as a coding hobbyist, but if it's truly your first programming book, I would recommend something more polished.

There are numerous mistakes throughout the book. It would be very difficult for someone to learn Ruby if they had no programming experience at all.
